Swapnalok

This was the 1st Low Rise scheme built by Sheth Construction Group in 1992. It was an experiment to give 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments to the Middle Income Group for which we observed a very good response from our customers. Total built up area of this scheme is almost 13300 square feet and it's a Ground + 4 Storied Structure.
