Swapna Srushti, Talaja and Chitra

Sheth Group started building "Tailor-Made" Townships starting with "Swapna Srushti" in 2006. These townships comprised a total of 350 houses. At Talaja Road suburban area, we developed a Township at Sur. No.9/3, Tarsamiya Village. Total land area is 451,000 square feet. At Chitra suburban area, we developed a township on land of two different villages, One of Fulsar village, Sur. No.14 and second of Vartej village, Sur. No.201. Total land is 190,000 square feet.
