Company has got tremendous response from Middle Income Group in "Swapnalok Flat" scheme. After the completion of that project, company launched "Setubandh Flat" Scheme in year 1995.
This scheme is located on Talaja Road, near Sanskar Mandal Chowk. The area is nearby Hill Drive area, which is known as the best area of Bhavnagar City surrounded by University Campus, Prestigious School, Colleges, Shopping Centers, Medical Facilities etc. Generally Middle Income Group Family can not afford to have residence on this location. In this scenario Company was trying to give affordable housing on this location for Middle Income Group Family. This was the 2nd Low Rise scheme built by Our Company. Company has successfully completed the scheme in year 1997. Response from Middle Income Group Family was obvious, as reasonable cost and required infrastructure was the basic feature of the scheme.
