So, the reason for launching project in B-Category City is to reduce initial finance and to get bigger project with very low investment. Company wants to launch Swapna Srusti Type Project in 10 different B-Category City simultaneously in 1st Phase. In 2nd Phase, there will be 60 Townships project in B & C Category City and in 3rd Phase, company will plunge in to Integrated Township project in A & B Category City. During this expansion process, company will start her own Brick Plant, Aggregate Plant, Stone quarry and Steel Plant etc. to reduce construction cost.
